First time mommy here ? ask ko lang po kung kasama ba sa requirements ang X-RAY kapag manganganak na? X-RAY daw po kase ang basehan ng mga doctors kung kaya mong inormal si baby or hindi . Sa X-RAY daw kase makikita kung malaki or maliit ang cervix . Pero sabi naman ng assistant ng OB ko , di na daw need yon?

IE po malalaman na ng OB kung kaya i-normal o hindi...sipit sipitan ang tinitingnan nila s xray ndi cervix..

cervix is kwelyo ng matres as seen in all illustrations, it does not look like a sipit...if it is closed, it looks like a shut mouth or lips, then it dilates to 10cm to accomodate the head of the baby going out of the vagina (Normal delivery)... sipit sipitan IS pelvis, it is NOT confused as pelvis, also balakang is hip.
