Severe Cramping

Hi everyone. I've been having mild to severe crampings. I just found out im 7 weeks pregnant. No bleeding at all. Is this normal? November 29 2024 pa yung last mens ko yun lang yung time na nag bleed ako pero d ako sure kung period ko yun or not e. Kase nag test naman ako nun negative ako and then nag test ako this Month na January 2025 positive na. Normal paba yun? #firsttimemom

kindly consult OB to assess. ang finding sakin, myometrial contraction. threatened miscarriage daw, as per OB. pinag bedrest at niresetahan ako ng pampakapit ni OB. it took 4 weeks din bago nawala ang mild cramps ko.
