Daily Routine Suggestions!

Hi everyone! As a first-time mom-to-be, I’m curious about your daily routines. What are some things you’ve been doing to stay healthy and support your baby’s growth? I’m in my first trimester and just want to make sure I’m doing everything I can. Thank you so much.

i worked while pregnant (drive, mostly sit in the office, walk under the sun). so i shower early in the morning before going to work. took my prenatal supplements. i ate more dahil need ko i-weight gain si baby while in womb. (kulang sia ng 1 week based sa ultrasound. pumasok sa normal ang weight nia paglabas nia at 37weeks) rest at home. to prevent uti, drink at least 2L of water per day and wag magpigil ng ihi. kapag mabigat na ang tummy, i used maternity belt support to support my back while walking lang. kapag nagkaroon ng manas (happened at 3rd trimester), nakataas ang paa while sitting. iwasang tumayo ng matagal. followed schedule of OB visit and her lab requests.
