Hi everyone, this is my first pregnancy. I am always on travel by car. Will the shake from the car cause miscarriage? Which the shock stems from severe roads

My doctor advice me not to always travel by car for long distance or frequantly cause the shock stems from the road may lead to miscarriage especialy for mother in their 1st trimester. This happen to my sister in law she lost her 1st pregnancy while traveling by car.
