perineal wound

Hello everyone . It's been 3 months since my delivery, the perineal wound took 1 month to heal..have been feeling okay since that but lately I can feel a gap down there where I had the stitches. Can anyone tell me what could be that, is it normal, can wound reopen even after 3 months?it was plain even a week ago ,this happened suddenly. Ps : I don't feel much pain, but can feel slight pinning pain in that area
