perhaps just allowing them a sniff or two. but i heard there are kid-friendly essential oils—even those you can consume, by adding to food! if they are safe, why not

My child has anxiety, Valor and Peace and calming oils from essential living helps! But they are very ex I’m looking for effective alternative brands

You can buy Plant therapy essential oils and diy your own Valor and peace

As mentioned by many , eucalyptus for stuffy noses, lavender at sleep time. We do have diffusers in general areas where we use other scents

yeap...but u need to really know how to use it, else overdosage will be dangerous

Yes i feel that its good. Especially like eucalyptus for breathing

Not really. The oils can have some sideeffects on baby's skin

But I only use certain oils that are safe on them
