Effective po ba ang primrose oil para mapadali ang paglalabor? Sino po naka tested na nito. Curious Lang po. My tummy is running 38 weeks and based on my research, one of tips para mapadali ang paglalabor is taking primrose, eating pineapple/juice and even sex can help the cervix open. Yes i tried it nung 38 weeks na tyan ko. Within a week nanganak na ko . Nasa lalim lang ng pag insert yan. And sex helps para mae9 ready ang dadaanan ni baby. Para lumuwag. Pine apple too but dont eat too much might upset your stomach magka diarrhea ka pa.
