Effective po ba ang primrose oil para mapadali ang paglalabor? Sino po naka tested na nito. Curious Lang po. My tummy is running 38 weeks and based on my research, one of tips para mapadali ang paglalabor is taking primrose, eating pineapple/juice and even sex can help the cervix open. I hope you will give me your prior experienced and notice this post ?? EDD: Feb. 23, 2020 ( so excited to see my Little one ?)

I havent tried primrose. Better to conult your OB first. From my experience,effective is walking talaga..yung sex sabi naman is effective din pero be careful din..funny pero effective din un kakausapin mo si baby..ako kinausap ko un baby ko feb 28 n lumabas na para ka-bday nya lolo nya,and yun lumabas nga sya,hehe
