Do you bring your nanny to accompanied you to the mall/ family time when weekend?

For me personally, I would bring my helper along because I would want her to be a part of the family so that she doesn't feel like she's only our employee. Also, as mummy Jorelle as mentioned, having an extra set of hands would come really handy especially during meal times!
