Pregnancy Anxiety and Depression

Dear all, my wife is currently in her 3rd month of pregnancy, however she is showing excessive anxiety and signs of depression. We have very little family supports. Any suggestions where we can summon for external social support other than LPPKN? Kindly help! Thank you.

Had she checked for thyroid issue? Most patients with thyroid will also have anxiety & depression like symptoms. Can just bring her to KKIA and mention that she need psychiatric consultation
