Progesterone tablets is taken to increase the important hormones in the body that continue the pregnancy without any spotting or early miscarriages. It's necessary for some women if they have had previous history of PCOS, miscarriages, premature labor, spotting etc. Some are also suggested injections like proluton,hcg in my case I take proluton injection once every week. I have had a history of miscarriage and premature birth and also PCOS.
