Toothache

Before the wedding, me and husband went to the dentist to have our teeth cleaned. Dentist told me I need to extract one molar since pasta wont save it. It was not hurting at that time and we were really busy with the wedding preparations that I can't afford a 3 days rest so I told her I'll have it pulled out after the wedding. Now I'm here, preggy, sleepless, can't take meds aside from biogesic that does not work, tried every possible home remedy there is. Huhu Do you have any other suggestions to alleviate the pain?
