COLOR HAIR

Nagkulay ako 3rd trimester. Ako lang gumawa sa bahay para ventilated ang area but the hair dye that i used is ammonia free so it didnt smell strong or anything. You can go by 2nd or 3rd tri para tapos na morning sickness. And to reiterate it wala pong studies na nagpapatunay na nakakaapekto sa fetus ang hair color but to be on the safe side palipasin muna ang 1st trimester. And yes OBs will tell you not to do it to be on the safe side na din.
