Split up from nose during sleep

My baby split up from nose during her sleep. The problem is her last feed was 2 hours ago. The split up from nose was little but baby did wake up and make some discomfort sound. Is this normal?

is it all the time? does she arch her back or screen doing feeding?

could be but u can also try to burp her. if she does burp is fine. if not, try to burp her even if it takes more than 10mins. if she aches her back, scream while feeding and gets fidgety then could be reflux. if normal spit up after milk, very little then it should be normal.
