Breast milk

My baby is 10 months old,breast milk is getting lesser,how can i get back to gain more milk supply,any good supplement can recommend,or is it time for me to stop breastfeeding

my milk supply has always been extremely low... nothing helped... perhaps coz m easily stressed... juz tried to pump as long as i could... stopped earlier than u tho

hey mummy! have you tried fenugreek? drink up loads of water too and try not to stress yourself too much!
