been noticing changes in my period since i got a new job. i’ve been kinda stress lately maybe that’s why… but i just dont know how to cope with this problem :(

It sounds lke stress from your new job could be affecting your menstrual cycle, which is common. Stress can disrupt hormone levels, leading to changes in your period. It's important to address both the physical and emotional aspects of stressin order to help regulate your period. Some tips to help cope: practice deep breathing, listening to soothing music, a walk or stretching can help lower stress and improve blood flow which may help manage menstrual changes.
