anyone na nag pure formula milk po?kumusta naman po?.. frustrate na po ako kasi hina ng supply ng milk ko :( #FirstTimeMom #2weeksoldbaby

Unli latch mommy to help boost your milk kasi yun ang magsisignal na magrelease ng milk. Forthe first 2months nangangapa pa ang breast natin kung gaano karami ba ang ilalabas na milk. Consistenct is the key. Pero Kapag di talaga nabubusog si baby sa nakukuha sayo, use wideneck bottle for formula feeding para di malito si baby aa nipple at bottle fed. After latching if di busog, formula feed. Dont lose hope mommy!
