medicated plaster

Anybody know any brand of medicated plaster is safe for pregnant mums? I know salonpas is a no.. but I having a shoulder pain..

Many websites advise against using it but my gynae said Tiger balm is fine, at the end of the day you just need some relief(: Maybe check with your gynae..?
