Better if ob mag prescribed, d naman porket ganon sa iba pwede din sainyo. Iba iba po kasi binibigay nila, pero much better if di kapa makalabas eat healthy foods muna like veggies, fruits, milk etc.. iwas sa matatamis, softdrinks, coffee.
Obimin (or any pre-natal multivitamins), Folic Acid and Calciumade. Yan ang niresita sakin ng OB ko. 1st pregnancy ko din to. Much better na maka pre-natal chek up ka para OB mo mismo mag resita sayo. ♥️🙏
