Hi. Ano po magandang i-take na vitamins for lactating mom? Yung nakakataba po sana. And kung pwede ba sya sa injectable na family planning ko. Thank you po.

6months covered and breastfeed good for contraceptives . After 6months dun ka mg take ng contraceptive ok naman injectable pero hiyangan lng din kng tataba ka o hndi sa contraceptives na itetake mo. Try obimin plus sa vitamins
