Advise pls

Ano po kayang cause ng maliliit na butlig sa face ni baby? Sa milk kaya un? Allergic po kaya sya?

It might be baby acne, babies usually produce a lot of oil in ther glands causing them to have baby acne, try consulting with your pedia about it but i think it will fade away as your baby grows and eventually regulates oil production
