same as Elle Ocampo, when I have longer sleep it makes me feel good, pero sobrang dalang lang mangyari un. may stress reliever is my husband, when we cuddle and communicate with each other, i feel strong and inspired.

My kids. Kahit gaano ako kapagod or ka stressed out, when I have my kids beside me, nagiging ok na ako lalo na kung nakayakap and kiss na sila sakin. Other than that, massage for physical stress naman.

Ang nakakapag tabggal ng stress para sa akin ay ang pag tulog ng mahabang mahaba.
