It's better to support him/her. Kung may dumating man yung time na magkaproblema siya about sa partner niya its time for him/her to learn the lesson on his/her own. Then you can give advices that will make them feel good. We as a parent our responsibilty in our son/daughter is to guide them in a right way without controlling their own happiness.
