Sore throat
Almost 3 days na akong may sore throat, sinubukan ko na yung Calamansi+ Snowbear kaso parang wala pa ring talab. It is okay to take Strepsils? I am currently 36 weeks and 5 days pregnant.

Pwede naman po pero mas okay if magvitamin c 1000mg per day and increase oral fluid intake lalo na po water and after po magbrush ng teeth mag-gargle ng Bactidol.
