Diarrhea for 5 month old baby

#advicepls My 5 month old baby started having diarrhea one week ago. I have brought him to see a PD and have been giving him probiotics, Hidrasec and lactose free milk for the last few days. But till now he still poops 4 times a day. What should I do?
