Medtech here. Yes you have infection taas wbc mo sis. Have ur urinalysis by ur OB asap, para maresetehan ka nya ng antibiotic na safe for pregnant. Mas better consult kagad para di ma affect pregnancy and baby. More on water intake pls and try to avoid softdrinks/ salty foods muna ☺️
