Terms and Conditions:

  1. Strictly 1 redemption per person. Applicable to those who have not yet redeemed.
  2. This redemption is open to all Singaporean citizens, including permanent residents, foreigners with employment pass aged 18 years and above, except the directors, employees and immediate family members of Tickled Media Pte Ltd, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies (each referred to herein as Participant). Immediate family members refer to spouses, children, parents, parents in-law and siblings.
  3. By participating in this goodie bag redemption, each Participant represents and warrants that she has met the eligibility criteria stated in these redemption Terms and Conditions. 
  4. All users are required to complete the form below for successful redemption.
  5. By submitting this online form, I agree and consent to my contact details and personal data being processed by Tickled Media / theAsianparent (“TAP”), Etiqa Insurance (“Etiqa”) and TAP’s partners and sponsors, and for TAP, Etiqa and their related corporations, as well as their respective representatives and agents to collect, use and disclose my personal data for the purposes of contacting me for promotional and marketing purposes regarding TAP and Etiqa’s products and services and .
  6. I agree and consent to TAPand all sponsors keeping in touch with me through digital platforms (including social media), email, phone number-based messaging (such as SMS/MMS, WhatsApp, WeChat.) and voice calls. We understand that we can withdraw our consents via Tickled Media and Etiqa’s websites respectively at any time.
  7. The delivery of the goodie bags will commence from the week of 15 July 2021 and the delivery will be done in batches up to end June 2022.
  8. TAP shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the goodie bags of acceptable quality to the delivery address (specified by the Participant on the redemption form) but TAP shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to any traffic or weather conditions, actions or omissions of any third party, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of TAP. TAP will attempt to notify you prior to the delivery date but, to the extent permitted by law, TAP shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of failed delivery or late delivery. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, TAP will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you submitted your redemption form and arrange for delivery to an alternative delivery address. If you are not available to take delivery, TAP will provide instructions on either re-delivery or collection from TAP.
  9. If delivery is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within one week of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery or collect the goodie bag from the carrier, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us.
  10. We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions of Use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the User. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.
  11. TAP has the absolute discretion to refuse the redemption of a potential participant for any reason whatsoever and to terminate the redemption of any of its participants for any reason whatsoever.
  12. You agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and by your participation in the redemption, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that the information provided by you is true, accurate and complete.

Procedure for redemption:

  1. All users are required to include the recipient's name, full address, and contact number in the profile section.
  2. Users will receive email notifications via the email address registered by the user in the theAsianparent application.
